The Vehicle Location Report is designed to be used primarily by operations that share a common data base between differing owning locations. The "firewall" logic is designed to prevent one owner from seeing transactions that belong to another owner. • If on rent by the foreign location, the RA# and expected return date and location are provided.
  • If on an open Non-Rev ticket, the Non-Rev ticket number, expected return date and location are provided.
