How to Download the cars+ Absolute Telnet (AT) Client

For EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), APAC (Asia Pacific) and some Americas clients the following is how to download the cars+ Absolute Telnet (AT) client.

1. Go to www.thermeon.com

2. From the navigation menu choose LOGIN and select the region - (note for APAC choose AU (Australia) and for all others choose EU (Europe))

3. Login using the cars+ login username in lowercase and the password as it would be entered in cars+ (should be capital letters)

4. The portal will load and from the menu choose Applicatons >> Download cars+AbsoluteSSH

Select Admin and the link for Download cars+AbsoluteSSH

The instructions from our online manual will load automatically in the default internet browser and the must be read. Take particular note of ensuring to extract the files from the archive (.zip file), run the executable (.exe file) from where it has been extracted to using administrator privileges and ensure to answer Yes to updating the windows registry.
