Notes on reading the report:
A. If sorted by Location, the sort will be based on the Opening Location.
B. A blank line defines a change in value in the primary sort.
C. The column "Batch Type" refers to Field #5 of the screen display.
D. The column headed "PP" indicates if the contract was preprinted or not.
E. The column headed "DBR/Actual" displays the difference in time between the Actual Close Date/Time and the DBR Close Date/Time. If the difference is less than 24 hours, it is displayed as hours and minutes. If 24 hours or greater, the difference is displayed as days.
F. Because of the nature of the way data is stored in the RA File, the file must be read through to the current day regardless of the date and time entered in Fields 3 and 4. Consequently, the farther back in time the Start Date/Time, the longer the report will take to run.
G. If check digits are used for RAs and/or Vehicle numbers, they are reported.
H. Open RAs show the expected return date/time in the "Close date/time" column.
