This program is used to report changes in customer records.

To access the Customer Edit Report program, type CUSEDRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the Customer Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display: The screen will display as follows:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DATE

Enter the starting date for edits. Changes that were made within the date range entered in Fields 1 and 2 will be reported.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

2. END DATE

Enter the ending date for edits.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

CUSTOMER TYPE.

Enter up to 5 alphanumeric characters to limit the report to customers that are a particular type.

EXAMPLE: Type: DB (RET)

4. START CUSTOMER #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the starting customer number. Press RET to default to "FIRST" customer record.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

5. END CUSTOMER #

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to indicate the ending customer number. Press RET to default to "LAST" customer record.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

6. EMPLOYEE

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single Employee code. This will restrict the report to only those edits that were made by this employee. Press RET to include edits made by ALL Employees.

EXAMPLE: Type ALL (RET)

7. SORT ORDER

Enter:

E = Sort by employee code and then by date.

C = Sort by the customer number and then by date.

D = Sort by the date of the edit, then by the customer type code, and then by the customer number.

EXAMPLE: Type R (RET)

8. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer.

D = Display this report on the terminal's screen.

EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)


The screen will display:
