Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION CODE

Invoice numbers can be assigned to the operation, location group, or individual location. Enter:

  • Up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a location.
  • Up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a location group.
  • Or leave this field blank for all locations that do not have a specified range.

When an invoice number is assigned, the range from the location is used first. If there is no range for the location, the range for the location group is used. If the location is not a member of a group with a number range defined, the number range without a location code is used.

EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)

2. NEXT INVOICE NUMBER

This field displays what the next invoice number issued will be. The number may be changed by entering up to 6 alphanumeric characters.

EXAMPLE: Type SN1501 (RET)
