The Hertz CARISMA system produces a file of new travel agencies and updates to existing agency profiles.

Use this program to:

·Merge vendor data sent by CARISMA into the Vendor file.

If a match is found, the corresponding CARS+ vendor record is rewritten with the new data supplied. If a match is not found, a new Vendor record is written.

To access this program: To access the program, type MRGVEND (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Australia Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. FILE NAME

Enter the file and path name of the file to be merged.

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" to begin the update.
