This program is used to create a translation table used by the credit card processors WorldPay and Windcave to translate CARS+ vehicle class Codes to values that those processors recognize.

To access the Edit Payment Service Class Conversion Records program, type EDPMCL (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the CCard Control Record Sub Menu from the Rental Control Files Menu.

The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. CLASS CODE	Enter up to 4 characters representing a CARS+ class code for vehicles in the fleet. EXAMPLE: Type CCAR (RET)
2. WORLDPAY CLASS	Enter the corresponding WorldPay class code used by that service. Be sure to enter it in this field exactly as it is shown in the "Valid WorldPay Classes" section of the screen. EXAMPLE: Type Compact (RET)
3. WINDCAVE 2 CHAR CLASS	Enter the two character Class Code that Windcave uses with VISA for the CARS+ Class Code in Field 1. EXAMPLE: 04 (RET) Note: For Windcave users, fields 3 and 4 are both required.
4. WINDCAVE 4 CHAR CLASS	Enter the four character Class Code that Windcave uses with MasterCard and American Express for the CARS+ Class Code in Field 1. EXAMPLE: 0004 (RET) Note: For Windcave users, fields 3 and 4 are both required.

Press F1 to save the record.

Press F2 to page through the records in the file.

Press F4 to delete a record.
