Use this program to clone (duplicate) the Class Codes from one location to another locations.

In order to clone class codes, they must already be set up for the location that will be the template location. All classes for that location will be duplicated for the location indicated in Field 2.

NOTE: This program will update (everwrite) any class code records already existing for the "To Location".

To access the Clone Class codes program, type CLNCLASS (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Global Fleet Changes Menu. The screen will then display:

OPTION: __ CLONE CLASS CODES 1 Template Location 2 Clone to Location 1DO UPDATE2 3ERASE 4 5 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. TEMPLATE LOCATION	Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the Location that should be used as the "template". All class codes that exist for this location will be duplicated for the "Clone To" location entered in the next field. EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)
2. CLONE TO LOCATION	Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the Location to clone to. EXAMPLE: Type TUSC0A (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT THE "OPTION:" TO CLONE THE CLASS CODE RECORDS.
