This report is used to summarize daily rental statistics by location for the current date or any date in the past. There are several sections to this report:

• Statistics based on Reservations: Number still open, filled, no-shows and cancellations.
• Statistics based on RAs Opened: Gold RAs opened, Non-gold's opened from reservations, walk ups, and number voided.
• Statistics based on RAs Closed: Number closed at the counter, with hand-helds, foreign closes, average number of days.
• The Reservation Build: This section shows the number of reservations for the Ending Date entered in Field 3 as well as the next 7 days after that. Since this report is typically run for the current day or the previous day, this section can show your reservation build for the next 7 days.

This report may be configured to run automatically at any time of the day or night. Users interested in this feature should contact Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. for further information.

To access this program, type HTZSTAT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the Hertz Reports menu. The screen will display as follows:

Enter data as follows:

1. START DATE	Using your selected date format enter the date with which the report should start. Press RET to default to yesterday's date. EXAMPLE: Type 041008 (RET)
2. END DATE	Using you selected date format enter the date with which the report should end. Press RET to default to yesterday's date. EXAMPLE: Type 041008 (RET)
3. LOCATION	Enter: 1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select statistics for a single location. 2. A Group Name representing several locations. Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+". 3. Press RETURN to accept the default location. EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET) Note: If more than one location is selected, each location's statistics will be listed in a separate column.
4. PRINT/DISPLAY	P = Print a copy of this report on your assigned printer. D = Display this report on the terminal screen. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)
