Use this program to grant "read-only" access to the Vehicle Inventory screen. Users accessing the Inventory screen from this program may look at vehicle records but cannot make any changes to them.

To access this program: To access the program, type LOOKINV (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Look Only Menu.

Use one of the following methods to bring up a vehicle record:

A. ENTER THE VEHICLE NUMBER

1. VEHICLE # OPTION:

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing the vehicle number. . EXAMPLE: Type 188805 (RET)

B. SEARCH THE VEHICLE FILE

Press "F6" key and search the vehicle file by Class, Vehicle number, License Plate, etc.

C. NEXT RECORD

Press the "F2" key to bring up the next vehicle record.
