Use this program to:

• Define patterns in Hertz Credit Cards that identify them for specific uses.

To access the program, type EDITHCCP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. HCC PATTERN	Enter the pattern of numbers to be checked. Enter a "X" in the positions that can be matched by any number. EXAMPLE: For a European check for OTTOs, type: 26XXXXXX998X (RET)
2. HCC TYPE	Enter the type of transaction that corresponds to the pattern entered in the field above. O = OTTO (One Trip Travel Order) V = SVV or FVV (Stated Value Voucher or Full Value Voucher) T = Tour voucher EXAMPLE: Type O (RET) User tip: Hertz Credit Cards used as FOP type HCC should not be entered in this file. They are validated in the Edit Credit Card Definitions file.

The screen will then display:

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO SAVE.

Unique Function Key Uses:

F4 = DELETE or SCROLL BACK back to Previous record. When the F4 key is pressed from the "OPTION" field, the following choices display at the bottom of the screen:

DELETE RECORD = 'D' OR READ PREVIOUS = 'P'?

F8 = PRINT the records in this file. When the F8 key is pressed, the screen illustrated below is called:

Press "P" to print or "D" to display.
