The Accounting DBR provides a statistical summary of transactions for the period of time requested for the report. For example, the number of RAs closed, average length of a rental, and daily dollar average are provided. Furthermore, edits to posted RAs are listed in a separate section.
The restricted version of the report allows you to make the report available to certain users but does not allow the user to post the transactions. Posting can be done only through the regular Accounting DBR program found on the Rental Accounting Menu.
