Use this program to:

• Change the owning location on multiple vehicle records using the data provided from a comma-delimited file.

To access the program, type SETOWN (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Systems Management Menu.

The screen will then display:

1. FILE OF UNIT NUMBERS

Enter the file path name of the file containing the vehicle numbers and owning location codes. This program reads the referenced comma delimited file containing the vehicle number (with Hertz check digit) and the location code for the correct owning location. The owning location field in the Vehicle Inventory file for each vehicle will be updated with the location code from the file.

PRESS "F1" AT THE "OPTION:" FIELD TO BEGIN THE UPDATE.
