This report is used to look at changes to the Voucher Value records that are logged by CARS+.

NOTE: As of release 12.9-090507, all voucher records (wholesale, insurance, IT [ghost] tour) are stored in the Voucher Value file.

To access the program: type WHLLOG (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Transaction Logging Menu (a sub-menu of the System Management Menu). The screen will then display:

Option: __ VCH LOG FILE SEARCH F1=RA# F2=RES# F3=DATE RA#RES# Field Name Previous Value Date Time Empl Prog

To examine records, press:

F1 to search by RA number.

Use this when the voucher was added at the time of opening the RA or at any point after.

F2 to search by Reservation number.

Use this when the voucher was added to the reservation before the RA was opened.

F3 to search by Date.

Use this to see a list of changes made on the specified date, regardless of RA or reservation number.

To end the search, press ESC to return to the menu.
