The Market Survey Report is used to produce a file of demographic information regarding the individuals to whom surveys were distributed. The file can then be transferred to a floppy disk for analysis purposes.

To access the Market Survey Report type MARKET (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Month End menu. The screen will then display:

OPTION: __ MARKET SURVEY REPORT 1 Starting DBR Date 04-20-04 2 Ending DBR Date 04-20-04 1BEGIN 2 3ERASE 4 5BACKUP 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. STARTING DBR DATE	Using your selected date format, enter the starting DBR date for this report. EXAMPLE: Type 040104 (RET)
2. ENDING DBR DATE	Using your selected date format, enter the ending DBR date for this report. EXAMPLE: Type 041504 (RET)

The screen will then display:

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO BEGIN PRINTING.
