To access this program: To access the program, type HISTDISP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the History/Maintenance Menu.vehicle record:
Press "F6" key to search the vehicle history records. The search will display as follows:

Select:
F1 - search by vehicle number. If more than one vehicle exists with the same unit number, all units on file with the matching unit number will be listed. Select the unit desired.
F2 - search by service code or by service code and vehicle number
F3 - search by license plate number
F4 - limit the search by status (Open, Closed, or All history records)
F5 - search by the P.O. (Purchase Order number).
F6 - change the display so that the search begins with the most recent record and goes back to the oldest record. (Default is to begin with the oldest record and come forward to the most recent.)
Example:
Research when the most recent oil change was done on a vehicle.
Press F6 to change the order to "2" Current.
Press F2. Enter the Service Code number for the oil change, press (RET), enter the vehicle number, press (RET).
All oil change records for the vehicle will display beginning with the most recent record.
If an attempt is made to edit the data on the screen, when F1 is pressed the following message will display:
RECORDS CANNOT BE EDITED WITH THIS PGM;USE VEHICLE HISTORY UPDATE
