To access the Print Rate Control Records program, type PRTRTCTL (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Print Control File menu. The screen will then display:

1. LOCATION

Enter:

1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters for a single location.

2. A Group Name representing several locations (The first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".)

3. Press RETURN to default to ALL locations.

2. RATE SET

Enter up to 2 alphanumeric characters to indicate the rate set to be reported or press (RET) to bypass this field.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

3. RATE SEGMENT

Enter a single alphanumeric character to indicate the rate segment to be reported or press (RET) to include all segments.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

4. RATE PRODUCT

Enter up to 12 alphanumeric characters to indicate the rate product to be reported or press (RET) to include all rate products.

5. CLASS

Enter up to 4 alphanumeric characters to indicate the class to be reported or press (RET) skip this field.

6. START DATE

Using your selected date format, enter a starting effective date. All Rate Control Records included in the selections above whose Effective Date is included in the range entered in this field and the next one will be reported.

7. END DATE

Using your selected date format, enter an ending effective date.

EXAMPLE: Type 063007 (RET)
