This program is used for research purposes. Once a confirmation number is entered, it will display information about the reservation such as the last name of the customer. If the RA became a rental, the RA#, total T & M, as well as commission information is displayed.

To access the Display Res/RA# or Status program, type RESRA (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"field or the appropriate line number on the Reservations Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter the confirmation number which you wish to research. EXAMPLE: Type 457345
