Enter up to 6 characters representing the ending customer number to be cleared of PID data, or press RET to default to LAST. Enter the same customer number in both fields to sanitize a single customer who demands this under the GDPR requirements. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

3. CUST TYPE |
Enter a valid Customer Type code for those customers whose files should be sanitized. This field defaults to the "Default RA Customer Type" defined for your system in Edit Main Control Record. The following customer types (foreign locations and forms of payment) are not accepted: F, C, CC, B, BC, and H. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) |

4. INACTIVE MONTHS |
This field allows you to select the number of months the customer records need to be inactive in order to sanitize their data. For example, entering '6' in this field means that the customer
records that have been inactive for the past 6 months will be sanitized. Those records with activity within the most recent 6 months will not
be altered. EXAMPLE: Press (RET) User tip: It is the "Last Activity Date" in the customer record that is used when checking for activity/inactivity. WARNING: If this field is left blank, even customers on currently open RAs may have their data sanitized. |

5. NEW CUST TYPE |
Part of this process allows the assigning of a new Customer Type to the customer records that were cleared. Enter here a valid Customer Type Code that should be assigned to the cleared customer records. EXAMPLE: Type CLR (RET) |
