What must be done to terminate an employee's access

The following steps should be completed to terminate access:

1. Change the user's password with Change System Password

2. Expire the user's account in Edit User Access File page 1 line 23 "Account Exp Date"

3. If the user was a high-level user with frequent contact with Thermeon staff, please inform Thermeon that the user is no longer employed.
