Enter a vehicle Class code used in your CARS+ system. EXAMPLE: Type CCAR |

2. CARD TYPE |
This field is provided for a credit card type. Use the code in the "Card Type" field in Edit Card Definitions. EXAMPLES: For Mastercard, type MC (RET) For American Express, type AX (RET) If the code in the next field is the same for both MC and AX, leave this field blank. User tip: At the time of this writing, the participants in this program are Mastercard and American Express. (See table below.) They use the same codes for FDC vehicle classes 1 - 30. Therefore, this field can be left blank for those records. For vehicle classes that will be converted to codes 31 and 32, enter 'AX' in this field. |

Using the table below, enter a corresponding Code for the Class entered in Field 1. If the exact class is not shown, enter the one that has the closest description. EXAMPLE: Type 4 (RET) User tip: FDC codes from the table below can be used multiple times. For example, if your fleet has class CCAR and class CDAR, they each need a record here converting to FDC Class '4'. |
