Your system can be configured to enable an alternative calculation. In this case the program uses the reservation pickup and return dates plus the reservation rates and calculates the total time and mileage (kilometer) revenue. If this is less than the contract's time and mileage, the reservation data is used for the commission calculation on the report.
For Hertz Brazil operations, the alternative calculation method is ignored when the contract's bill-to field has data in it.
