HERTZ ONE-WAY CLOSE - This program is used to batch close a One-Way RA or to edit a One-Way RA. One-Way Close is called directly from the RA Close screen when a One-Way RA number is entered.
REPRINT HERTZ ONE-WAY - Use this to reprint a One-Way RA.
MERGE ONE-WAY RAS - This program is used periodically throughout the day to merge new One-Way records into your system. All activities with this program are automated.
SEND ONE-WAY RAS - Similar to the menu item above, this program is used periodically throughout the day to send information to OKC on closed One-Ways. All activities with this program are automated.
VOID HERTZ ONE-WAY RA - Used to void a One-Way RA that has been closed via Foreign RA Entry before the One-Way data is transmitted.
MERGE HERTZ LOCATION FILE - Used to merge foreign location data from the Hertz Partners website in the CARS+ Customer file.
EDIT LOCATION CONVERSION RECORDS - Used to link old Customer records for foreign locations to the new location codes merged in from the Hertz Partners website.
CONVERT LOCATION CODE - Reads the conversion records and updates all related files (Drop Charges, RAs, Vehicles, etc.) with the new code.
