To access the Edit CERT Promo Codes program, type EDITPRO (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Hertz Control File Menu. The screen will then display:

1. PROMO CODE |
Cert/Promo numbers issued by Hertz are fully numeric. To enter your own Cert/Promo codes, enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters. IF you are using alpha characters they must be in the beginning of the code. There must be at least 2 consecutive numbers and the last number must be a check digit using "Mod-7" logic. If you are not familiar with the Mod-7 check digit logic, contact Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. and request a guide regarding it. EXAMPLE: Type 15982 (RET) |
