Use this program to:
  • Send timely data on gold service reservations and RAs on hold to a lighted board for Hertz Australia

To access the Send Gold Data program, type SENDGOLD (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Hertz Australia Control Files menu. The screen will then display:

1.LOCATION

Enter:

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location pick up location..
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups).Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. Press RETURN for “ALL” locations.

EXAMPLE:Type TUS(RET)

This program is limited to transactions for locations that have a Gold Service type of 6 or 7 (See the Location Record). Data for gold service RAs in “H” (hold) status and Reservations in “O” (open) status are sent to the light board for gold service.

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION" TO SAVE.
