If the son contract has not had its Government Tax Document printed, this program can be used to change the bill-to party on the RA and load the rates from the new Master Contract.
If the son contract has been invoiced, the contract needs to be manually closed and a new contract opened under the new Master contract.
To access the Move RA Amongst Lease Contract program, type LSEMOV (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Leasing menu. The screen will then display:

Enter the RA # for the son contract that is to be transferred. EXAMPLE: Type L1234567 (RET). User tip: The next 3 fields display information about the Son RA entered in Field 1. This information is shown to allow you to verify that the correct contract has been entered. |

4. DRIVER # |
Fields 4 - 11 display the information from the customer record of the driver on the existing son contract. If the driver will remain the same, updates may be made to the data shown in Fields 5 - 11. If the data is accurate, proceed to saving the transfer of the son RA to the new master contract. If a different driver will be on this son contract, do one of the following: A. Driver is already set up in the customer file: Enter the driver's customer number in this field. The remaining fields will display the driver's information from his customer record. B. Driver is not already set up in the customer file. Skip this field and enter data in the remaining fields. A customer number will be assigned to the new driver upon saving the transfer.
