Use this program to print or display a listing of Option Sets and each option within in each set.

To access the Print Option Set Codes program, type PROSET (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"field or the appropriate line number on the Option Control Files menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START CODE

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a starting Option Set Code or press (RET) to start with the FIRST Option Set Code on file.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

2. END CODE

Enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing an ending Option Set Code or press (RET) to end with the LAST Option Set Code on file.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

3. DETAIL/ SUMMARY

Enter:
D = produce a detailed report listing each option in each Option Set
S = produce a summary report of just the Option Set codes; do not include a list of options in each set

EXAMPLE: Press (RET).

4. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer.

D = Display this report on your terminal screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)

5. OPTION CODE
To limit the report to only those Option Sets that contain a particular option, enter the Option Code in this field.

Example: Type LDW (RET)

6. CURRENT RECS ONLY

Enter:

Y = Include those Option Set records currently in effect. Expired records will not be displayed.

N = Include all records for all Option Sets whether or not they are currently in effect.
