This program is part of a suite of programs that allow users to translate screens, reports, messages, and menus into languages other than English or to reword the standard American English terminology used.

The function of this program is to temporarily change the users language code from the designated language code issued in the user's Edit User Access File.

Refer to the Appendix on Foreign Language Translation for instructions and information on all areas of this feature.

To access the Change Default Language program, type CHGLNG (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Translation Menu off the System Management menu. The screen will then display your default language setting.

OPTION: __ CHANGE DEFAULT LANGUAGE 1 Language Code E 1DO CHANGE2 3 4 5BACKUP 6 7HELP 8

Enter data as follows:

1. LANGUAGE CODE

Enter 1 alpha character to indicate the Language Code. EXAMPLE: Type F (RET)

The screen will then display your default language setting.

OPTION: __ CHANGE DEFAULT LANGUAGE 1 Language Code F 1DO CHANGE2 3 4 5BACKUP 6 7HELP 8

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO EXECUTE THE CHANGE.
