This program is used to:

• Set up Non-Rev numbers for a Location Group.

If the "Next NonRev Number" field is blank in the Location file, the program then examines this file to use a Non-Rev number from the Group record.

To access the program, type EDITNRN (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOC GROUP	Enter the plus sign "+" followed by up to 5 alphanumeric characters representing the Group name. EXAMPLE: Type +SCA (RET)
2. NEXT NRV#	Enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters for the Non-Rev sequence. This number will be the next Non-Rev number issued for this Group. This field is updated automatically each time a non-rev number is issued. EXAMPLE: Type NRS00100 (RET)
3. LAST NRV#	Enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters representing the last Non-Rev number to be used in this sequence. When the NonRev number issued gets to within 150 of this number, the following message displays when issuing a NonRev ticket: YOU ARE ABOUT TO RUN OUT OF ASSIGNED NON-REV TICKET NUMBERS This allows you time to set up a new sequence by entering a start of the new sequence in Field 2 and the end of the sequence in Field 3. EXAMPLE: Type NRS99999 (RET)
