that existed at the time of check-out. This is a 30-character field from the Vehicle record and is not related to Damage Entry. Previous data that was entered and not erase will display here and can be edited. EXAMPLE: Type SCRATCH DRIVER DOOR (RET) |

Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to describe any miscellaneous comments or conditions which should be printed on this rental agreement. (The RA print program must be configured to print the data entered here.) EXAMPLE: Type CLOSE SUNROOF WHEN PARKED (RET) |
