Use this program to:

• Designate certain local government rates as valid for meeting the conditions of CDPID contracts. These rates are used in place of the regular CDPID rates. Rates designated in this program will not be seen as breaking the corporate contract, and therefore, all privilege codes attributed to the corporate contract will be applied to the rental.

This program applies to “Hertz” type users only.

To access the program, type EDITGVRT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. RATE CODE	Enter up to 12 alphanumeric characters representing a Rate Code. EXAMPLE: Type GOVT1 (RET)
2. US	Indicate whether or not this rate should be valid in US locations. Y = Yes N = No EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET)
3. CANADA	Indicate whether or not this rate should be valid in Canada locations. Y = Yes N = No EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET)

The screen will then display:
