CDPID Rentals Report

Use this program to:

Produce a report CDP rental and reservation activity.

For the CDPID number(s) entered, this report lists:

RAs that opened during the date range requested and are currently in open, close, or void-preprint status.
Open Reservations for the pickup location with a pick up date that is more recent than the End Date.

To access the program, type MTDCDPID (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Corporate Customer Submenu of the Customer Maintenance Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. CDPID	Enter up to 3 CDPID numbers. If more than 1 number is entered, separate them with a comma. EXAMPLE: Type 12345 (RET) User tip: The system can be configured so that 3 default CDPID numbers are automatically entered in this field. Contact Thermeon's Customer Support Dept. and ask that GVT record STFRMCDP be set up for this purpose.
2. START OPEN DATE	Using the selected date format, enter the Starting Opening Date. Press RET to default to the first day of the current month. The date range in Fields 2 and 3 refers to the RA opening date. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
3. END OPEN DATE	Using the selected date format, enter the Ending Opening Date. Press RET to default to the current date. EXAMPLE: Press (RET)
4. LOCATION	Enter: 1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location. 2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups). Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+". 3. Press (RET) for all locations. EXAMPLE: Type TUS (RET)
5. PRINT/ DISPLAY	Enter: P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer or send as an e-mail. See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers and send reports as e-mails. D = Display this report on this screen. See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display. EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)

Notes about the report:

RAs in the following statuses are included: Open, Close, Void-Preprint.

RAs are sorted by the Location Code (opening location) and then sub-sorted by Status.

Reservations are sorted by the Pick up Location.

Columns:

Current RA'S -This is the number of RAs that opened on the date entered in the "End Open Date" field.

MTD RA'S - This is the number of RAs that have opened during the date range requested (typically Month To Date).

Future Reservations - This is the number of open reservations with a date later than the date entered in Field 3 and RAs in Void Preprint status.
