ALL OTHER FIELDS
All of the others fields in this program are the rules fields that can be set in Edit User Access File. As a general rule, the fields appear here in the same order as they do in Edit User Access File (Fields 2-15 appear on Page One of Edit User Access File and field 16 is the first rule field on Page Two). They appear here with the same literal as they do in Edit User Access File. For a definition and explanation of any of these rule fields, see the corresponding text in the chapter Edit User Access File.

Enter Data as follows:

1. Leave a rule field blank if no change is to be made to this field in the User Access records.
2. Using the proper responses as defined in Edit User Access File, enter the value that is to be set on the records of all users defined in Field One.
3. There is no way to use this program to set the value of a rule field to blank.

Pressing F1 on this screen will change all employees who are on file with Menu Access Level "RENTAL AGENTS". They will all be prevented from deleting any taxes or Mandatory Options that have been added to a rental (Fields 18 and 19) and they are now prevented from adding or deleting any additional Options to a rental once it is saved (Field 20). In addition, they are now restricted so that they cannot offer a T&M discount that is greater than 15% (Field 28b). All other rule fields for these employees are left unchanged as are any employees with a different Menu Type. For those records that are changed the program name "SETUAF" is written to the field "Mod Empl" seen on the first page of Edit User Access File screen.
