The Copy CDPID Data program is for Hertz locations that participate, either partially or fully, in the CDP program. For those Thermeon customers using stand alone systems, Hertz issues a monthly 3.5" floppy with CDPID data. This program reads the floppy and loads the data into files. The data includes the CDPID Company information, Contract Rate plans, and new Corporate rates.

To access this program: To access the Copy CDPID Data from Disk program, type CPYCDP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Hertz Program Menu.

The screen will then display the following message:

Please insert the latest CDPID diskette from Hertz into the floppy disk drive.

Press ENTER when ready.

Various messages will display on the screen while the data is being copied. When it is complete, the screen will then display the following message:

Please remove the diskette from the floppy drive and run the Merge CDP DATA program.

Press ENTER when ready.
