Each time the program is run, the old file will be initialized (erased) prior to writing the new records into the file.
To access
the program, type DEBITCC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:"
field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu. The screen
will then display:

The file arrives as a spreadsheet and needs to be saved as a .csv file. Enter the full path name and file name of the file to be merged. EXAMPLE: /usr/bin/carsplus/A/newfile.csv |
