Edit Market Adjustment Reason Codes

This program: Use this program to:

Create reason codes that are used to define why a rate was edited when using Hertz Seamless logic for RAs. When a rate is edited, a prompt appears on the RA Open screen and a valid reason code (defined in this file) must be entered.

Refer to the chapter Overview - Seamless Reservations and RAs for more information about setting up and using Seamless logic.

To access this program: To access the program, type EDITMARC (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. PMA (PRICING MARKET ADJUSTMENT) REASON CODE	Enter up to 2 alphanumeric characters for the code. EXAMPLE: Type C1 (RET)
2. DESCRIPTION	Enter up to 50 alphanumeric characters for a description. EXAMPLE: Type: MEET COMPETITOR'S RATE (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO SAVE.
