Use this program to:

• Purge or remove records from the Edit Class Codes file that have the Description "NEW" when there are no units with that class code currently at the referenced Location.

To access this program, type PRGCLS(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number from the Purge Non-Dependent Files menu. The screen will display as follows:

OPTION:__ PURGE ORPHAN CLASS RECORDS 1DO PURGE 2 3ERASE 4 5BACKUP 6 7HELP 8

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION" TO BEGIN THE PURGE PROCESS.
