Use this program to:

• Map Sixt Extra Codes to CARS+ Option Codes for the reservation interface program.

To access the Edit Res Option Conversion Codes program, type SIXTOPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Sixt Programs menu. The screen will then display:

1. CHARGE TYPE	Enter up to five numeric characters for the Sixt Extra charge code to be mapped to a CARS+ Option. SEE THE NOTE BELOW EXAMPLE: Type BS (RET)
2. AUXILIARY KEY	This field is reserved for a future enhancement EXAMPLE: Type (RET)
3. DESCRIPTION	Enter up to 30 characters for a description of this Europcar charge. EXAMPLE: Type BABY SEAT (RET)
4. OPTION CODE	Enter the correct CARS+ Option Code that should be mapped to the Extra Code in Field 1. EXAMPLE: Type BSEAT (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO SAVE.

RECORDS DO NOT NEED TO BE SET UP FOR THE FOLLOWING EXTRA CODES:

T - Time
X - Xday rate
S - Hourly rate
K - Mileage/Kilometer rate
OW - Drop Charge
