Use this program to print out damage costs created in the Edit Damage Matrix Costs program. Damage codes and costs are used in building a matrix of standardized costs for common types of vehicle damage and are used on the Damage Entry screen.

To access the Print Damage Matrix Costs program, type PRDMMX(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Print Damage Control Records sub-menu of the Damage Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

If your damage matrix costs are location sensitive, enter up to 6 alphanumeric characters representing a Location Code. Otherwise, press (RET) to default to "ALL" locations.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET).

2. MAKE

Enter up to 8 characters to indicate the manufacturer of the model.

EXAMPLE: Type FORD (RET)

3. MODEL

Enter up to 8 alphanumeric characters to indicate a model of vehicle.

EXAMPLE: Type ESCT

4. MODEL YEAR

Enter two numeric digits representing the Model Year.

EXAMPLE: Type 02 (RET)

5. EFF DATE

Using your selected date format, enter a desired effective date. Records with this effective date or later will be included in the print out.

EXAMPLE: Type 010102 (RET)

6. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy to your assigned printer.

D = Display the report to the screen.

EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)

The screen will then display:
