Because full Gold Service can only be offered at corporate locations in the following four geographic regions:
reservations for licensees or corporate locations outside these areas do not contain all the data needed to support Hertz style Gold service. This program is used to query the CRM data base in OKC for gold reservations to augment the data sent in the reservation.

To access the program, type RESGLD (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Brazil Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. PROCESS LAST HOURS

Enter the number of hours of recent reservations that are to be reprocessed. All reservations with a modification date of the current system date and time less the hours entered here will be processed.

EXAMPLE: Type 2 (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO BEGIN .

Notes about this program:

All reservations with a modification date and time within the range requested will be read. If the res has a Hertz Number 1 Club Number but it does not have a code to indicate the level of Gold Service expected a call will me made to the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) in OKC for the Number 1 Club member. The resulting Loyalty Membership Tier Code if not "N1" (simple non-Gold Number 1 Club membership), will be stored in the reservation as the level of service expected (Gold, Platinum, 5 Star, etc.).

NOTE: In order for this program to work, the Hertz Loyalty Membership Tier Codes must be defined in the program Edit Gold Service Messages.
