This program is used to export data from CARS.

To access the program, type HRPEXP (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Australia Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START IN-SERVICE DATE

Enter the starting in-service date. This date defaults to yesterday.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

2. END IN-SERVICE DATE

Enter the ending in-service date.This date defaults to yesterday.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

The program reads the vehicle file looking for all records whose in-service date falls within the dates requested.A comma delimited record is written for each unit containing the following data:

Class
Color
Tax Expiration Date
VIN
Security Code
Owning Location
Key NumberSale Date
