To access the Multiple Reprint RA program type MULTIPRT (RET) at any menu "OPTION" field or the appropriate line number on the Multiple Invoiced Rentals sub-menu of the Rental Accounting Menu. The screen will then display:

1. COPIES TO PRINT |
Enter the number to print of each RA. EXAMPLE: Type 2(RET) Displayed after the first field is the name of the printer which will be used to print the RAs. If this is not the correct printer, exit this program and run the Change RA Printer program (CHGRA) which appears on the System Configuration Menu. |

2. LASER TYPE |
Enter: N = No, if the printer displayed on the screen is not a laser printer. Y = Yes, if the printer to be used is a laser printer. In this mode, the printer will print the RA in landscape mode and will make use of the printer control records defined by the Printer Control Records program on the System Configuration Menu. Note, failure to set up proper laser codes in the Print Control Records screen will cause printing problems. EXAMPLE: Type Y (RET) |

3. ENTER RA #'S |
The remaining part of the screen is used to enter the RA numbers to be printed. After entering each RA number, the number is validated against the RA File. If a record cannot be found, a warning message appears at the bottom of the screen. After pressing RETURN, the cursor will drop down one line for entry of the next RA. Up to 48 RA numbers can be entered in a single session. EXAMPLE: Type AE064584 (RET) |
After entering all desired RA numbers, press ESC to return to the "OPTION:" Field.
The screen will then display:
