This program allows the user to edit the form of payment in the Payments subwindow on a closed RA, whether the RA is posted or not. No other edits can be performed through this program.
The F6 search feature is limited to a search of the Deposit/Payment File. Selecting a record from the search causes the corresponding RA to be loaded onto the screen.
Hertz Brazil: Only those RAs with a blank tax document invoice field can be edited (a Nota Fiscal has not been printed). If the tax document field has an invoice number entered, the following message will display:
NOTA FISCAL MUST BE CANCELLED BEFORE FOP CAN BE CHANGED.
