The RealWorld manuals make reference to several programs that do not appear on menus. These stand-alone programs are often used for either setting up the accounting system or for file utility work. The instructions given in the accounting manuals on how to operate these programs are correct. But instructions on how to access these programs has been modified as follows.

To run a stand-alone RealWorld program, use the following steps:
