The Auxiliary file stores some of the data for RAs and Reservations. This report is used to look at changes to RA and Reservation Auxiliary file that are logged by CARS+.

To access this program: type AUXLOG (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Transaction Logging Menu (a sub-menu of the System Management Menu). The screen will then display:

Option: __ AUX LOG FILE SEARCH F1=RA# Type RA#/Res# Field Name Previous Value Date Time Empl Prog

Reservations:

To examine records for reservations, press F1.

In the first field enter one of the following Types adn press (RET):

RES2 (includes insurance replacement data, options, quotes, CDPID data, itinerary data, coverage code, etc.)

RES3 (includes chauffeur data, fuel card data, multi-month data, etc.)

RES4 (includes LOA data, etc.)

Then enter the Reservation number.

RAs:

To examine records for RA, press F1.

In the first field enter on the the following Types and press (RET)

RA2 (includes insurance replacement, multi-month, CDPID, options, and leasing data etc.)

RA3 (includes chauffeur and fuel card data, etc.

Then enter the RA number.

End

To end the search, press ESC to return to the menu.
