Use this program to print out damage codes created in the Edit Damage Matrix codes program. Damage codes are used in building a matrix of standardized costs for common types of vehicle damage and are used on the Damage Entry screen.

To access the Print Damage Matrix Codes program, type PRDMCD(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Damage Control Records sub-menu of the Print Control Files Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. START CODE

Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters representing the starting code for the report. Press (RET) to start with the first code in the file

EXAMPLE: Press (RET).

2. END CODE

Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters representing the ending code for the report. Press (RET) to end with the last code in the file.

EXAMPLE: Press (RET)

3. PRINT/ DISPLAY

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy to your assigned printer.

D = Display the report to the screen.

EXAMPLE: Type P (RET)

PRESS "F1"AT "OPTION" TO BEGIN PRINTING.
