Use this program to create messages that will print on the Reservation Manifest for insurance replacement rentals received from OKC.

To access the program, type EDRMSG(RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Canada Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. RES MESSAGE CODE

Enter the 2 character mnemonic code.

EXAMPLE: Type MN (RET)

2. DESCRIPTION

Enter up to 30 characters that should print on the Reservation Manifest when this mnemonic code is found in an insurance replacement reservation.

EXAMPLE: Type CLAIM NUMBER (RET)

PRESS "F1" AT "OPTION:" TO SAVE.
