This program works exactly the same as Edit Rental Rules/Rates with the following exceptions:

1. New rates cannot be created.

2. Existing rates can be updated only if they are flagged as being "local" rates as opposed to "corporate standard" rates. (Field #37 must have an "N" in it.)

3. Edits are allowed only to the rate set that is applicable to the default location of the terminal being used.

To access the Edit Local Rates program, type LOCRATES (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate line number on the Rental Rates Menu.
