This report is used to compare current reservation data with comparable data from the previous 24 months.

To access the program, type RESRPT (RET) at any menu "OPTION:" field or the appropriate number on the Hertz Brazil Menu. The screen will then display:

Enter data as follows:

1. LOCATION

For the reservation pickup location, enter:

  1. Up to 6 alphanumeric characters to select a single location.
  2. A Group Name representing several locations (see the Chapter Edit Group Names for a discussion on location groups).Remember, the first character of a Group Name is the plus sign "+".
  3. "ALL" to include all locations

Press RETURN to accept the default location.

2. THROUGH DATE

Using the selected date format, enter the ending date. Data for reservations created for the 24 months previous to this date will be included in the report. Press RET to default to the last day of the previous month.

Enter:

P = Print a hard copy of this report on your terminal's assigned printer.See the Edit Terminal Records Chapter for instructions on how to assign printers.

D = Display this report on this screen.See the General Data Entry Instructions Chapter on how to control the screen display.

Notes about this report:

The reservations selected for the report are sorted by pick-up month and sub-sorted by current status.
Reservations with status "C" (cancelled) or "N" (noshow) are totaled under those status codes.
Reservations with status "F" (filled) or "O" (open) are totaled under the heading "RES".
Reservations with the status "T" (turndown) are totaled only if they have a turndown code that falls between 100 and 399 (inclusive) and are totaled under the heading "Turndowns". Other "T" status reservations are ignored.
The average fleet size for the month is also shown for the same 24 months (foreign owned cars are ignored.)
