webXG webRES

webRES is a web application where renters make reservations. It communicates with Thermeon's cars+ to get reservation, customer and vehicle information. webRES runs on our webXG platform, a gateway for multiple protocols, tools and formats.

Basic functionality

For a first time retail renter webRES has the following basic process flow:

The main page allows the user to input their pickup/return date/location and request rates
The rates page(s) show the user all the rates available for the date/locations specified, and allow a reservation to be made
A confirmation page is shown, confirming the details of the reservation
The reservation details can be called up to view and edit.
